He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Karl and Lillian Louise; and his brother John Olander. He is survived by: his wife Charyl Dotson; his son James; his daughter-in-law Jessica; and his grandchildren, Elin, Neve and Theodore.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
