He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hulse and Celeste Hulse Gray; his wife Marietta Hulse; and his brothers, Greg and Randy Hulse.

He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Hulse; and his siblings, Rusty Hulse and Cathy Robbins of Wheeler.
