He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Hayes and Julia Radoslajvic Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bricker Hayes of Fayetteville; his daughters, Valerie and Carol Hayes of Seattle, WA; his brothers, William (Shelley Hayes) of Houston, TX and Edward (Ed) of Springdale, AR; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Bricker of Phoenix, AZ, Chris Bricker of Bradenton, FL and Connie Patrick of Fort Mill, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
