She was predeceased by: her parents, George V. Swopes and T. Inez Phipps Swopes; her husband Lewis; her brothers, Vester L. Swopes, Darrell E. Swopes and George E. Swopes; and her nephews, Christopher P. Epley and Kevin L. Clark.
She is survived by: her sister Shirlean Jewell of Fayetteville; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Swopes of Springdale, AR, Rita Swopes of Farmington, AR, Alan Epley (Sherry) of Rogers, AR and Charles Epley (Janet) of Eureka Springs, AR. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
