She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett R. Edwards and Essie Edwards (Kech); her husband Jessie C. Garrison II; and her son Clay Garrison. She is survived by: her son James Garrison (Rachael); her grandchildren, Amanda Marr, Jeremy Chotes and Jason Jones; her great grandchildren, Haley Morris, James Becker, Jasmine Howard, Charlotte Marr and George Marr; and her great great grandchildren, Makya Koree, Paris Howard, Amir Wilkins and Braylen Becker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
