He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Blackwell and Marie Blackwell (Morgan); and his siblings, Rusty Blackwell and Aquila. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Williams; his children, Justin Blackwell (Mistie), Shannon Blackwell and Shaunda Gray (James); and his nephew Jimmy Blackwell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home - Springdale (2230 N Thompson St, Springdale, AR 72764). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Memorial Gardens (1728 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703).
