He is survived by: his wife Ann Lance; his son Kevin Lance (Dawn) of Siloam Springs; his children-in-law, Michael Burks of Fayetteville and Ginger Lance of Huntsville; his sisters, Vada Ligons (Denver) of Elsinore and Wanda Woolverton of Gideon, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Charles Rhett Lance Jr. (Jessica), Cindy Coleman-Strahan, Blane Morin, Hunter Marshall, Jason Harriman (Amber), Jake Lance, Mackenzee Lance, Madissyn Lance, Maycee Lance, Myka Williams (Kaleb), Levi Nowlin, Dexter Thompson, Ashley Hall and Anthony Burks; his great grandchildren, Brock, Gavin, Ava, Aife, Zayden, Bently, Atley, Caleb, Hartlea, Hayden, Scarlette and Audrey; and his close friends, Andy and Carol McCauley.
