She was predeceased by: her siblings, Douglas Thornberry (Fern), Mildred Ann Adams (Buddy) and Janice Bunch (John); and her nephews, John Bunch Jr. and Anthony Thornberry.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Collins; her children, Kevin Collins (Mary) and Kim Urfer (Earl) of Fayetteville, Arkansas.; her brother David Thornberry (Glenda) of Pocahantas, Arkansas.; and her grandchildren, Trevor Urfer of Fayetteville, Max Urfer (Abby) of Fayetteville, Hillary Coldiron (Chad) of Fayetteville, Cody Collins (Glory) of Fayetteville, Isabel Collins of Fayetteville, Audrey Perkins (Murphy) of Fayetteville and Ben Brigforth of Nashville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore's Chapel Funeral Home (206 W Center St, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Circle of Life Hospice, Arkansas Children's Hospital or Combs Cemetery Fund, 13208 Hwy. 295, Combs, Arkansas 72721 are requested.
