He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Brittany Shappell and Tiffany Spencer (Frank) of Anderson Mo; his stepson Dewayne Barens (Molly) of Cave Springs, AR.; his siblings, Buddy Griggs of Western Grove, Josh Scates of Berryville and Rhonda Hulse of Sonora; and his grandchildren, Brantley, Bryson, Madisyn, Brooklyn, Cross, Brooks and Olivia.
