He is survived by: his wife Jody Endsley Hines of Fayetteville; his children, Wes (Jennifer) of Rosenberg and Shelia Hines Sandefur (Kenny) of Springdale; his grandchildren, Dallas, Henry Hines of Springdale, Lindsey, Jeremy Hines of Rosenberg, JoJo, Shea and Jeb Sandefur of Springdale; his nephew Kevin Hines Phillips (Kathleen) of Bryan; his nieces, Deena Phillips Hardin of Magnolia and Lauren Hines of Houston; and his sister-in-law Kay Richards Howton of Sugar Land. He is also survived by his children ever knew, he would much rather speak with you about the latest accomplishments of his children or grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Cecil Kellum Park in El Dorado, or the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
