He was predeceased by: his parents, Halley Hinkle Hoggatt and Christina Hart Hoggatt; his sister Geraldine Hoggatt Henson; his daughter Stacie Hoggatt; and his mother-in-law Myrtis "Bobbie" Walker Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Williams Hoggatt; his children, Michelle, Danny (Lisa) and Halley Jr. (Candace); his grandchildren, Matthew (Heidi), Hailey, Lindsay (Zach) and Laney; and his friend Waco Hurst. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
