He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Riggs and Charlotte Riggs. He is survived by : his children, Steven Wayne Riggs (Leanna) of Rogers, Carol Ann Riggs of Fayetteville and Paul Nathan Riggs of Springdale. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
