It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Giczkowski of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Giczkowski and Irene Giczkowski Banaszak; his stepfather Casimer Banaszak; his brother Ronald Giczkowski; and his son-in-law Danny Yarber.

He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Giczkowski; his children, Debbie McCormick (Dan), Dan Giczkowski (Lorie), Cheryl Yarber, Jill Bivens (Quinn), Kelly Moore (Andrew), Colleen Stachey (Zach) and Bradley Giczkowski; his grandchildren, Kristen, Arielle, Seth, Jamie, Jake, Hunter, Jackson, Natalie and Jordyn; and his great grandchildren, Lorelei and Wendy.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1722 N Starr Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A rosary was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
