He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Orville Lewis and Mildred Boyd Lewis of Tennessee; his wife Maxine Thelma Paschal Lewis; his children, Jerry "Bub" Lewis and Deborah Bell; his grandson Jason Bell; and his great grandchild Serenity Northcott.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Bounds (Levi Zamen) and John Lewis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelson Berna Funeral Home (4520 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Et Fairview Memorial Gardens (1728 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703).
