He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Warren Rash and Mary Louise McDowell Rash; and his brother Robert Warren Rash, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bell Rash; Margaret Beaman (Roger) and David Bell (Christine). He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
