He is survived by: his wife Debbie Slape; his daughter Jessica Lee (Chris) of Rogers, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ashyln, Garrett, Jagger and River Lee; his stepson Bryan Eliason (Teresa) of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Mickey Slape (Shelley) of Fayetteville, Kay Meyer (Michael Meyer) of West Fork, Sandra Jean Crane (Dick) of Payson, Arizona and Clara Blackwell (Walter) of Decatur, Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
