With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Elaine Moore of Fayetteville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joyce Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee and Opal Elizabeth Barron (Hancock); her husbands, Charles Dewayne Phelan and Andy Moore; and her brothers, Johnny and Charles Barron.
She is survived by: her children, Hellen Manning, Michael Phelan and Jerry Phelan; and her brothers, Bill Barron, Kent Barron, Aaron Barron and Andy Barron. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
