He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Collins; his children, Tom Collins of Omaha, Nebraska, Kellie Atchley of Farmington and Kim Miller of Fayetteville; his siblings, Don Collins of Las Vegas, Ronald Collins of Ackley, Gerald Collins of Sioux City, Iowa, Ester Collins of Yorba Linda, California and Linda Collins of Yorba Linda, California; and his pet Sugar Bear.
