He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Arbaugh and Iva Arbaugh (Long); his wife Leta Arbaugh (Turner); and his siblings, James Arbaugh, Carl Arbaugh and Ruby Vaught.

He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Torres (Arbaugh); his son-in-law David Torres; his grandchildren, Zachary Torres (Breana) and Rebecca Torres; his sister Judy James; and his grandchildren, Zach and Becca.

He was her devoted caregiver as she battled Parkinson's for many years.
