He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Grady (Bauhaus) of Fayetteville; his children, Rena Sue Bubniak (Chris) of Springdale and Issac "Lee" Leavon Grady Jr. (Angela) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Madison Mulheran (Matthew) of Huntsville, Logan Foell (Tyler) of Huntsville, Jenna Bubniak of Springdale and Adam Bubniak of Springdale; his great grandchild Mabel Foell; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Grady and Billie Sue Rohrscheib. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
