He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Eugene Napier and Roxy Marie Powell (Hall). He is survived by: his niece Tiffany; his siblings, Robert Napier (Teresa Barnett), Jimmy Napier (Donna) of Springdale, Ralph Napier (Kristy) of Fayetteville, Virginia Wells (Lee) of Pea Ridge, Edith Shrum of Pea Ridge and Darlene Lane (Layth) of Fayetteville; and his nieces and nephews, Makisha, Tia, Jeremy, Amy, Lilly, Clayton, Jerri, Bobby, Cliff of Kevin, J. W, Cloretta, Lela and Allen.
