He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Epley Sr. and Evelyn Epley; his brother James Epley; and his nephew Christopher Epley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Swopes Epley; his brothers, Judge Alan Epley (Sherry) and Charles (Janet); his nieces and nephews, Heather Francis (Mark), Jennifer Epley, Stuart Epley (Mandy) and Curtis Epley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paige, Elizabeth Francis, Liberty, Mackenzie Epley, Lewis Epley III, Aro Epley, Crosby and Clark Epley; his sister-in-law Mary Epley; Ashlee Epley.
