He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Louis Rowland, Jr. and Mary Imogene Rowland (Sullivan); and his stepfather William Clarke. He is survived by: his son Gregory Louis Rowland (Christy) of Issaquah, Washington; his grandchildren, Jarod, Justin, Jacob and Jenna Rowland; his sister Billie Jean McCallum (Dale); his nephew Alan McCallum (Jenna Westrup); and his cousins, Richard'Rick'Sullivan, Roger Sullivan and Charlotte Sullivan. He is also survived by brothers, family, and grandkids, and his Hill 4-11 brothers.
