She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Allan Costello. She is survived by: her children, William Costello (Vickie) of Springdale, Arkansas, Robert Costello (Janice) of Gainesville, Virginia, James Costello of Hindsville, Arkansas, Nancy Knobbs of Charlotte and Thomas Costello of Pineville, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, Joseph Costello (Kristina), Richard Costello (Jessica), Jordan Eaton (Tilden), James Costello, Amanda Sebring (Russell), Rachel Velez (Christopher) and Brian Knobbs (Sarah).
