He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Earl and Edna Rice Culpepper; his wife Glenda Belle Humble; his daughter Lori Dinsmore; and his daughter-in-law Chiyuki Culpepper.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray (Kelli Culpepper) of Fayetteville and Mike Culpepper of Burke, Virginia; his son-in-law Jon Dinsmore; his grandchildren, Lee (Adrianne), Cody (Payton Kinnaman), Julia Culpepper and Ciaran Dinsmore; and his great grandchildren, Dallas and Colt Culpepper.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (707 Martin Luther King Blvd, Malvern, AR 72104). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Arkansas State Veteran's Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Arkansas State Veterans Home at Fayetteville.
