Though Pat may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ted Lee Moore and Dr. Jacob Mainzer; and her parents, James Sims and Virginia Sims. She is survived by: her children, Shelby Mainzer (Marlena) and Kamesha Kahn; her grandchildren, Kyra Ann Kahn, Chris Anderson, Reid Lawrence and Collins Renee Mainzer; her stepdaughter Margaret Moore; and her brothers, Donald Sims (Toni) and Jim Sims (Edda).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nelson-Berna Funeral Home (4520 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764).
