He is survived by: his wife Darlene Moore Tobin; his sisters, Camille Francis and Lisa Ann Hobbs (Steve); his daughters, Susan Diane Tobin and Stacy Tobin Keenan (James); his grandchildren, James Patrick, John Mitchell and Kristina Josephine Keenan; his stepson John Westbrook (Holly); and his stepgranddaughter Vivian.
