He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Raymond Keegan and Edith Julia Keegan (Tedford); and his children, Daria Winker (Ronald) of St. Louis, Missouri, Clair McCormick (Robert) of San Antonio, Texas, Brice Keegan (Jean) of Annapolis, Maryland, Martha Fleury (late John) of Bethesda, Maryland, Grace Johnson of Fayetteville and Matthew Keegan (Arieta) of Fayetteville. He was also cherished by twenty-three grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Saint Joseph's Catholic Church (1722 N Starr Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A rosary will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family has designated St Joseph Catholic School for memorial contributions in lieu of flowers, St Joseph Catholic School, 1722 N. Starr Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
