He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Slusarek; and his parents, Lody Slusarek and Pearl Slusarek. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Slusarek (Terri Weir), Jeff Slusarek (Bentley Hess) and Matt Slusarek (Morgan) of Austin, Texas; his sister-in-law Joyce Patten of Tucson, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Paige Slusarek, Walker Slusarek and Lody Slusarek.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bob's memory to M & N Augustine Foundation, 503 East 15th Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701.
