He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sloan II and Snow Mountjoy Sloan; his brothers, James F. Sloan III and Jack M. Sloan; and his sister-in-law Alice Anne Bowman Sloan.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Anne Bowman; his children, Anne Harrison (Mike) of Fayetteville, AR and Walker Sloan (Julie) of Little Rock, AR; his pet Bailey Sloan; his grandsons, Daniel, Bramel and Samual Harrison; and his great grandchildren, David, Isabelle Harrison, Coen, Gentry, Jasper and Clive Harrison.
