He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fischer and Marion Fischer (Ledna); and his brother Keith Fischer. He is survived by: his children, Toni McManness (Doug), Nichelle Patrick (Michael Cook) and Bryan Fischer (Deborah); his grandchildren, Ashton McManness (Billy Breedlove), Jordan McNeil (Jesse), Shelby Berry (Damon), Ryan Patrick (Eden Ross), Makayla Brannon, Layton Fischer (Ashley) and Clayton McManness (Addi); and his sister Melody Moser (Patrick). He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice House of the Ozarks in Mountain Home, Arkansas, in appreciation for the compassionate care provided during Gene's final days.
