Howard, II of Flippin, Arkansas, Dina Howard of Leesburg, Florida and Cathy Kriel of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his brothers, Alfred Howard (Gwen) of Chicago, Illinois and Don Howard (Beverly) of Paragould, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kristen Martin (Dusty), Bryan Henley, Jessica Henley, Trenton Henley (Brittany) and Dante Howard; and his great grandchildren, Landon Booher, Camden Martin, CharliGrace Martin and Skyler Henley.
