He is survived by: his son Paul Higgins of Oklahoma; his granddaughter Kiyasha; his parents, Jerry Higgins Sr. of Monticello and Wilma Cooper of Pea Ridge; and his siblings, Charles Wayne Higgins of Mtn Home, Jerry Higgins, Jr. of Krum, Texas and Veronica Engen of Pea Ridge.
