He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Tetrick and Cora Tetrick (Hurst); and his wife Mary Lou Tetrick. He is survived by: his children, Jason Tetrick of Flippin and Valerie Raley (Jay) of Yellville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Hunter Raley of Yellville and Ella Raley of Yellville; and his nieces, Amy Grissum of Yellville and Angela Painter of Flippin, Arkansas. He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews and seven great-great nieces and nephews.
