He is survived by: his grandchildren, David, Shane, Scotty, Rhonda and Kenny; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Isabelle, Madison, Sammy II, Hunter and Riley; his children, Brian Seawright, Mary Seawright and Lisa Best; and his sister Carolyn Treat.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of the Ozarks, whose compassion and care brought peace to Sammy in his final days.
