He was predeceased by: his parents, Carless Peer and Fannie Pauline Peer (Howlett); his wife Rosemary; and his sister Margaret. He is survived by: his sister Pattie Frenzel; his sons, Clifford Peer (Pamela), Michael Peer (Karmen) and Gerald Peer (Jerri); his grandchildren, Ami Davis, Lori Moody, Jessica Brignac, Chris Peer, Lane Peer and Elizabeth Peer; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Kairi, Lexi, Lottie, Matthew and Sean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
