He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Miller Wallace and Annie Laura Pierce Wallace; and his siblings, Bobbie Gene Wallace, Margie Faye Wallace Langford and Jessie Earl Wallace O'Dell.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rushing Wallace of Fordyce; his children, Jerry Lynn Wallace (Carrie) of Ennis and Kimberly Doris (Larry) of Sterlington; and his sister Brenda Kay Burks (Rusty) of Camden. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
