She is survived by: her husband Melvin Collins of Fordyce, Arkansas; her daughters, Lisa Collins (Amy) of Portland and Tina Collins-Overton (Justin) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Robert Collins, Jullian Johnson (Joanna), Andrew Coxcollins of Portland and Tayllor Johnson Oyewole-Davis (Ademola) of Santa Barbara; her great grandchildren, Kisa, Jullian, Allora and Ason; her siblings, Thelmon Perry, Sylvia Perry of Los Angeles, Mildred Perry of Fordyce, Arkansas, Edgar L. Perry, Jr. (Ruth) and Calvin Perry (Shelia) of Cleveland, Ohio; and her uncle Richard Keith of San Bernardino, California. She is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
