It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Wesley Hornaday of Fordyce, Arkansas, born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Hornaday of Utah and Mildred Tubbs Hornaday; and his sister Susan Hornaday. He is survived by : his children, Bill Hornaday of Bloomington, IN, Danny Hornaday of Jefferson, Steve Hornaday (Christy) of Maumelle and Lori Freeman of Hot Springs; and his sister Linda West of Fordyce. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Cemetery - Fordyce Fordyce.
