He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur "Scooter" Mahan and Frances House Mahan; his grandson Brayden Darrell Mahan; his siblings, William Thomas Mahan and Wilma Adams; and his brother-in-law James Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bailey Mahan of Holly Springs; his children, Brandon Mahan (Caydence) of Holly Springs and Katelyn Tucker (Jacob) of Hope; his siblings, Hank Mahan (Peggy) of Holly Springs and Kay Howard of Holly Springs; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Bailey of Camden and Gary Bailey of Olive Branch, MS; his grandchildren, Brady Mahan, Colton Mahan of El Dorado, Jonah Tucker of Hope, Darrell Mahan of Holly Springs and Violet Tucker; and his close friends, Wilson, Jimmy Lee Sisson of Hampton, David and Ellen Mullins of Camden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
