He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden V. Jacobs and Verna Jacobs (Herrington); and his wife Ruth Ann Jacobs (McCollum). He is survived by: his sons, Dewayne Jacobs of Fordyce, AR and Kenneth L. Jacobs of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
