It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rae Nell Payne of Fordyce, Arkansas, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Otha Mae Lephiew Tidwell; and her grandson Elijah Lewis. She is survived by : her father Ronnie Payne of New Edinburg; her daughters, Amber Chidester of Pine Bluff, Chloe Hill and Zoey Hill of Fordyce; and her brother Randle Payne of New Edinburg.
