He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilkins Parham and Nona Parham (Eaton); his sister Frances Jean; and his nephew Larry. He is survived by : his spouse Bobbie Ann Green; his son Robert Wilkins Parham, Jr. (Robin); his daughter-in-law Kathy; and his nieces, Linda, Gloria, Virginia and Theresa.
