She was predeceased by : her father John Byars; and her brother Michael Byars of Fordyce. She is survived by : her brother Randy Byars (Stephanie) of Bearden; her sister-in-law Susan Byars of Fordyce; and her children, Dee Johnson (Greg) of Wilmar, Jimmy Harmonson, David Harmonson and Amber Uribe (Jose) of Fordyce.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Zion Baptist Church of Fordyce. .
