He is survived by: his wife Ruth Womble; his daughter Teresa Watson; his grandson Samuel Downen of Fordyce; and his caregiver Ronnie Miles of Rison.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
