She is survived by : her husband James Jarvis Franklin Toney; her mother Addielean Turner of Fordyce, Arkansas.; her children, Tracie Rogers (Courtney) of Fordyce, Ronald Turner (Stacy Jackson) of Fordyce and Chelsea Broughton (Jarvis) of Kingsland, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Skyler Paige Smith, Kai Turner, Jermyria Robinson and Ja'Marcion Bonaport; her stepdaughters, Tia Toney and Tiffany Toney of Louisiana; her siblings, Keith Ellison (Jessica) of Fordyce, Earl Turner, Jr. (Jackie) of Camden, AR. and Jillian Belin, Sr. (Kriston) of Fordyce, Arkansas.; and her close friend Joyce Broughton of Warren, Arkansas.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
