He was predeceased by : his parents, William Austin and Junie Ethel Ridge Oglesby; and his granddaughter Joy Southerland. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Wade Oglesby; his son Marlin Oglesby, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Emily of Fouke, AR; his daughters, Debra (Dean Jones) and Leita Southerland of Tyler, Texas; his sister Norma Franklin; his grandchildren, Ben Southerland, Kay Dea Carrell, Jacob Southerland, Jared Jones, Meagan Anderson, Austin Oglesby and Sara Oglesby; and his close friends, Freddie "Wiggie" Tallant, David Boyd and Ricky Southerland. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews.
