He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughter Michelle Fondren (Billy); his grandchildren, Michael Fondren Ethan (Ren), Brailee Shumake (Gregory) and Emily Spencer (Tom); his great grandchildren, Wrenley Russell, Maggie May Spencer, Lily Kate Shumake and Lila Jade Shumake; his daughter-in-law Lisa Russell; his sister Bessie Higginbotham; and his brother-in-law Dale Oglesby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and numerous sisters-in-law.
