He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Peterson and Lillian Peterson (Wiley); and his brothers, Larry, James and Gary Peterson.

He is survived by : his daughters, Tonja (James Coffman) and Meagan (Kenneth Hudgins); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Jonathan and Jacob.
