She was predeceased by : her parents, James Chamberlain Norvell, Sr. and Luemma Harris Norvell; her husband Robert McMickle; and her brothers, James Norvell, Edward Norvell, Mark Norvell and Robert Douglas.

She is survived by : her sons, Tom Poole, Jr. (Rose) and Dustin Brockway (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Trey Poole, Ashley Poole, Baylee Brockway and Nathan Brockway; her great grandchildren, Isabella Poole, Kaydance Poole, MaKayla Poole, Karson Poole, Ivan Poole and Willow Poole; and her siblings, Howard Norvell, Emily Akins, Patricia Morgan, Ruth Smith and Gloria Elliott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
